    You can't just buy a transistor, and be done with it. You need to have 5 matching transistors that match the other set(push/pull). I blew one on each channel. 20 transistors in all.
    You can't just buy 20 transistors. They have to be beta matched carefully. I need to purchase 25 each 50 total $5 each(2 flavors) to get 20 transistors. If I buy any less I will be risking not getting a good match in a set (25 is a full rail from the same batch). The good thing is I will have extra transistors left over for building custom amps:)

    Actually, I'm pretty surprised the problem is allowed to go unprotected by krell. You should be able to short those without causing damage. Hope it all turns out ok.
