So this has been my last week of class of my second to last semester of a wonderful double concentration college career and my stress levels have bene off the charts to the point where I'm walking outside in 25 degree in shorts and a t-shirt to "cool off."
I forgot that my Ipod was loaded with Buddha Bar discs and decided to create a playlist for some low volume listening on the 2 channel. Wow, I forgot how relaxing this stuff is, it's almost putting me in a coma.
The discs are really expensive, but if you like relaxing music give it a try. My favorite volume is volume 3. It's definately not the stuff I'd party to but it will definately get you a good mood.
So, that being said, anyone ever listen to these series?
and while I wait for respones....back to my 7th, yes that's correct SEVENTH paper that has is due/has been due this past week.

Thanks for the good luck, gonna need it. Tuesday is the final day everything is due and it feels like I need about a week straight to finish the work. And NO, I have not been procrastinating, I've been working my **** off these last two weeks doing more work than I've done in some full semesters I've taken.
As far as putting on clothes, no can do, I like walking around in shorts, tshirt and socks. Especially on my cold tile floor. -
If you want an alternative, I love the Hotel Costes collection mixed by StAlea jacta est!

Haha, definately goes into the strange category, but there is no other music that relaxes me like buddha bar does. This is my first time listening to it on the tube set up and definately won't be the last. -

They were insanely successful with the first two mixes (which were rumored to have originated with trance clubs in rural Thailand) and then started to churn out series after series to meet demand. I have all of them (1-6), but 1 and 2 remain my favorites.
Funny you say that, i just put on Volume 1 about 5 minutes ago.
The ones I have were sent to me in mp3 formats using a crappy 192kbps rip. Eventually I'd like to buy all the discs, but they are crazy expensive. I look time to time for cheap used ones on amazon. -

Claude Challe mixed 1 & 2, I think, whereas others mixed the subsequent volumes, which might explain a preference for the first volumes. Claude Challe has mixed a lot of other stuff too though, so you can still find his work elsewhere.Alea jacta est! -
Yes I have most of the series.
I actually prefer the Cafe Del Mar series, as its a little more varied.
But I'm down with most Chill music.
