So what's everyone's favorite soundtrack?

The other night I was watching Bram Stoker's Dracula with the old lady and I was impressed by the music in the background. Turns out she owns the soundtrack and offered to lend it to me. After getting home at 3am last night I put it on, and ended up playing it in it's entirety because I couldn't shut it off. I'm glad to have found a classical composer(Wojciech Kilar) who's work I could really get into.

So what's everyone else's favorite?
"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche

You're right, Quadrophenia, how could I forget. Guess I was thinking typical classical stuff. Other goodies include: Forest Gump, Vision Quest, Local Hero, and Southern Comfort.

IF these are considered soundtracks.........The Beatles "Love" and Sgt. Peppers would also be right there.

Currently, my newest and favorite soundtrack is "Kingdom of Heaven." Unfortunately it was not released in SACD but deserves it. I hope it is re-released in SACD. By the way, if you are not familiar with the movie...you really have to watch the Director's Cut. The theatrical version was way too cut up to make sense to viewers.

"A Beautiful Mind" in SACD is simply awesome.

    "Titanic" in SACD also awesome.

    Gladiator.

There are a few more...but these are my favorites!

    LSi9 + LSiC + LSiFx

    Integra DHC 80.2 Pre-Amp
