iSonic gains time

My wife gave me an iSonic last Christmas, and I noticed the clock began to gain time after about 30 days. By 90 days, the clock had gained 10 minutes. After resetting the clock 3 times, I gave up. The clock gains about 10 minutes every 90-120 days. Do I need a software fix? Other than gaining time, we love the performance of this machine!

    Hello,
I'm afraid the repair of that kind of problem is not a firmware upgrade, but rather a replacement of the clock timing crystal. Give us a call at 1-800-377-7655 or send us an email at polkcs@polkaudio.com and we can help.
    Regards, Ken

I would move to the North Pole. Time is slightly different up there and you may not notice the difference.

Looks like Ken from customer service will fix you up. Since you got the radio last Xmas it should be under warranty.
