Repairing Polks - RT31i and PSW250

I recently bought a pair of RT35is and a PSW250. Inadequate packing lead to cosmetic damage, and the RT35is seem to have some issues.
RT35i
- One speaker is exhibiting distortion. It appears to be the mid/woofer driver.
- Taking apart the other speaker for inspection, I has no polyester batting/fill in it.
One speaker has a single piece of polyester fiberfill batting, folded and placed inside the cabinet. The other has none. Having no batting can't be correct?
Does anyone know how to remove the dome/voicecoil assembly on this speaker? It's snapped into the front, raised plastic part, but I don't see an appropriate way to "un"-snap it from this part.
PSW250
- Nasty cabinet damage. One side of the cabinet was in direct contact with the bottom of the box, and the entire subwoofer was packed so as to allow lots of movement in the box. The usual nasty stuff, cut and rounded corners, dings in the cabinet sides.
Can anyone recommend a good place to purchase Polk parts? Directly from Polk, or are there third-party sources for parts and/or service that might be preferred?
Thanks.

The tweeter assembly on the 35i should rotate and 'snap' out. There should be a small amount of damping material in each speaker. Simple polyester polyfill from your local hobby / fabric store will do just fine.
Parts are available direct from Polk Audio:
