Does anyone have an opinion on the sound of the RTA11 verses the RTA15 and RTA 12? What is a fair price for RTA 11s or RTA 15s?? thanks, keith

$150-250 for the 11's depending on location, condition
    $200-300 for the 15's " " " "

Local pick up is always worth a bit of a premium if it's what you want.

Also figure on another $ 100.00 for new RDO-194 tweeters. So for between $ 250- $400 ish you will have speakers that rival many other much more expensive speakers. IMO

    Enjoy

FWIW, I have a pair of RTA 11t's. While I have never listened to the RTA 12's or RTA 15's to compare, I have directly A/B compared my RTA 11t's with the current polk RTi-12s and much preferred my old RTA 11t's (even with the original tweeters).

I would've had a pair of RTA15's but the seller wanted $700.

I've owned both th 11t's & 15tl's. Obviously the 15's dig deeper than the 11's but the 11's take up less space (smaller footprint). Both are pretty efficient as I was easily able to drive them with a 5 wpc Sonic Impact t-amp to 90+ db levels with no distortion.

    Also highly recommend the RDO194 (11t) or RDO198 (11TL, 15TL) tweeter upgrades.

If you're handy try to upgrade the crossovers too. New binding posts don't hurt either.

    Good luck. :)
