    I've been trying to figure out how to relay a few thoughts but I just don't know how.
    Here is a try though:

    Congrats on the new place! I hope things are good and some of it rubs off. Life is pretty short and to waste it is not good. Keep in mind that overall to be happy most of the time is what mattered once it's all over. If things are not good it is all in your mind and will stay there until you dump it all and start looking at things differently. One time 10 years ago a guy told me to smile and not take the world so seriously. I only ran across him that one time but I owe him a lot because I took his advise.
