LSiC dead speaker

hello. 7.1 LSi speakers hooked to denon 5803. just noticed a dead speaker within the center unit. the middle dynamic balance speaker and right speaker work, but the left one is dead. any ideas as to source of problem. speaker unit? serviceable? 5803? wiring? thanx. jeff

    first things first - welcome to club polk. Pull up a chair and look around. You just may like it here. (then again you may not... )

    Now on to the question - Are you sure you have a problem? The reason I ask is listed in the following threads from some of the many times people ask about the left speaker working in thier LSiC.

    I replaced my Csi40 with the LSiC also..

    it took some getting used to, as the CSi40 has alot more sound/volume,
    I am now used to it, and am still calibrating the system all the time, because I have a habit of changing things around alot.

    I run the rears and the center a litte "hot" and it seems to work well
