    I agree. I thought the same thing when I saw this at CNN.com.
    I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down.     I am ok. I am off today. A fellow officer I worked with has been killed and three others have been shot. I have been listening to the tactical channel since listening to everyone trying to corral this guy. No stone is being left unturned. I can not tell you what I hope they do to him when they find him.

    Thank you for your thoughts everyone.

    The female officer was hurt pretty badly. She was in surgery for hours as her leg is badly messed up. From what I hear it was REALLY bad. The officer who died was shot multiple times and died on the scene. Two other officers were treated and released for minor gunshot wounds.

    I don't know what is going on down here lately but it's pretty unnerving.

    They found him at about 3am this morning in Pembroke Pines. He shot at the officers but this time they finished him.

    At least now the surviving officers and the family of Officer Jose Somohano will be spared the stress and drama of a trial. I would love to shake the hands of the officers that took him down.

    Lasy week I was patrolling and I saw a guy walking on the sidewalk southbound along the highway. A young, slim black guy about 5'10. Now my head is on a swivel - usually - and I look at everyone.... but this guy...this guy gave me a look of sheer hatred. I was really taken aback by it. He just stared and even turned his head around as I drove past him and continued to look at me as if I just killed his mother or something.

    I am used to not being popular as a po po but this was exceptional. The more I play that back and look at the shooter's picture...I think it might have been him.
