    Russ:

Can't find anything else to trade in my collection. I'll have to pass on Reservoir Dogs and let's just go with Godzilla for Toy Soldiers if you are still into that. The kids will love Toy Soldiers.

I was never in a brewing compay but I worked with CO2 laser that put the barcodes on Busch Beer cans. I was involved with the ckt that fired the laser. some crazy stuff all that high voltage is.

Does your comapny use LASERS for that purpose?

No, we use video jet machines. Sprays on the barcode at a very high rate of speed (1300 cans/minute). Amazing stuff.

I got three unopened stinkers. I think they came from a Best Buy promo with my original DVD player purchase.

    "Six Days Seven Nights"
"Lost in Space" (this one may not be so bad, I don't know)
"Step Mom" ( Julia Roberts, Susan Sarandon - my favorite 'Black Hole Dumb' hollywood leftists )

Any takers for a trade? Preferably loud, violent, no-plot brain-dead type of crap.

Johnny Mnemonic is TRULY a crap DVD. Worthy of the title and a swap for Mortal Combat II. I just got around to watching it the other day and I was duly unimpressed - awesome.

I would hardly call it a wango, Rooster. I figured a) you truly forgot; or b) you changed your mind about the cost/benefit ratio of trading Toy Soldiers for Godzilla and was hoping it would just fade away.

In either case, I figured why push it - it's simply not worth forcing the issue - this is all in fun. I'm cool either way!

Cool! Glad your kid is loving it. Mortal Combat II is WORSE than JM, IMHO!! Both are real stinkers but at least I got to see something new!

The best line in the movie is when Dolph Lundgren yells "Stop sinners!" when they are approaching him in the van. I almost fell out of my seat it was so ridiculous. Keanu was so wooden compared to The Matrix, I could hardly beleive it as the same actor.

It's a 2 sided DVD featuring a really bad transfer of "Things to Come" and a truly bad SciFi flick called "Journey to the Center of Time."
Things to Come is a great early Scifi film (1936) but this disk really doesn't do it justice. Journey is bad, real bad...no it sucks real bad. Not bad like "Plan 9 from Outer Space" so that you just gotta see it, but bad as in bad acting, sets, props, dialog, effects, directing, writing, wardrobe, haircuts, shoes, etc.

    I thought we were trading bad DVD's here, Not "BAD-ASSED " DVD's.

I can't believe nobody wants bragging rights to one of the truly bad DVD'S of all time. Anyone?!? I'll even take old VHS tapes of Gumby for GAWDS SAKE!! Half a Bag of stale peanuts, Moldy Cheese, Half a bagel even!! And I don't even like bagels!!
