isonic DVD no volume

Using New I-Sonic, volume is fine with radio, but when using CD or DVD very little sound even when volume is turned to 30. Can you help

    Hello,
    Welcome to the club Polk forum. You'll need to contact Polk's customer service on Tuesday after Labor Day. They are at 1-800-377-7655 and will send you an ARS label from UPS. This will get your unit to their service department in San Diego for an exchange. It will all go pretty smoothly once you contact them.
