RM1000 Impedance

I have a Polk Audio RM1000 passive subwoofer(very old). Can someone tell what the impedance of this unit is?

I want to know this value so that I can look at alternative ways of connecting it to my receiver. I have a Yamaha RX-V2500. This sub and a pair of Polk Audio RM201's are both connected to the A-terminals of the front channel. Would it hurt this receiver if I connected the subwoofer to the B-terminals of the front channel?

Currently I have a Polk Audio PSW-404 sub connected to the receiver at line level. If I connect the RM1000 sub to the B-terminals, I can turn it off without having to disconnect the wires (sometimes I want more bass, sometimes I don't). I think the A/B switch on this receiver is wired in parallel because when I turn on the B-terminals, the speakers connected to the A-terminals continue to play. Any info. on this would be greatly appreciated.

Since you are asking this question, I will see if you know this:
I have two of these. One has the two drivers facing the passive, and one has one driver facing the passive, and the other facing away. I'm thinking that the correct way would be the two facing the passive, but wondered if anyone here knew.

Did you ever find out the impedance?
