Harmony 659 issues

Anyone else that's had their for a while had any issues?

I have two issues at the moment.

1 - The backlighting all the sudden is very dim. It's still there, but not really bright enough to be functional. That's an inconvenience, but doesn't affect overall functionality fo the remote.

2 - The USB no longer works, which means I can't update the remote, which does affect functionality and makes it useless.

I've had it for a while now, so I guess this is to be expected, was curious if anyone else had issues.

    For the Hell of it did you try some fresh batteries?

    Yeah, already did new batteries, and ruled out any PC issues, it's definitely the remote itself...

    The only issue I have had with my H659 is that I dropped it once when trying to stop my mother inlaw's dog from peeing on our carpet (she was 4mths old). Since then it sometimes turns off when it's just sitting there. Major Pita cause I'm not paying attention so I hit a button and it turns it all off :mad: .

    I've had mine for probably two years now and love it as the first day. Only issue is that the batteries need to be changed :)
