What is the difference between SL6506, SL6502 &SL6510 ? Besides the chassis. If they are the same, can I just change the chassis?

    I'm curious as well. I have the RT3000Ps and toasted the tweets on some vintage Hendrix (It was worth it). I am trying to find if anyone has substituted the 6502's with something else. I like them, but they seemed to be a little harsh at times.

    Just figured there was someone with some input. I just found out that Polk has 350 new SL6510's still in stock. I thought I heard they were all gone. I killed one on my rt25i rears. Well it's not dead it's just quiet. I hate to say I didn't notice till switched I my mains from the RT400's to the RT1000i's .
