Is anyone using or have used the Mapleshade clearview golden helix speaker cables with their polk's?
Every time I do see these cables, their in a system that cost more then my house. I've seen alot of good reviews on these cables, and am thinking about trying them with my RT800i's and CS400i. Cost wise their cheaper then my current Monster Z2 bi-wire's.
Thanks for any input.

that is too weird, I was on their site yesterday looking at the interconnects and speakers wire. I was thinking of trying the speaker wire myself.
    Dodd - Battery Preamp
Monarchy Audio SE100 Delux - mono power amps
    Sony DVP-NS999ES - SACD player
    ADS 1230 - Polk SDA 2B
DIY Stereo Subwoofer towers w/(4) 12 drivers each
    Crown K1 - Subwoofer amp
    Outlaw ICBM - crossover
    Beringher BFD - sub eq

Where is the remote? Where is the $%#$% remote!

    Mantis,
If you haven't already go to www.mapleshaderecords.com and check them out. Just click on their audio products bar.
I first heard about them in the audiogon forums. Nothing but good things said about them.

I've heard others talk of copper foil. Especially used inside speakers. I'd first try getting a roll of copper foil and building your own. Then again, if you've got the money then let 'er rip. Let us know.
