isonic one year later

I tried an Isonic without success as both units I tried skipped on cd play (different disks multiple times & clean disks). I know there was an upgrade I tried but that didn't work. I was curious if the current Isonic issued have been improved at all & this issue has been taken care of...thanks

Thanks for posting on the Forum. I'm sorry you're having tracking problems with the I-Sonic. We have seen returned units with misalignment of the laser as well as blocked lens. It would be best to contact us at 1-800-377-7655 to arrange for a replacement. We'll work to promptly arrange a free-of-charge exchange.
