Common Ground Amp Question

Ok, I am going to show to ignorance here...:o
I have a Pamamax 4300 power center, and I plan to run an amp that I understand to have the common ground required for SDA. I assume that it will be ok to plug the amp into the Panamax.
I understand this may be a stupid question, so I will understand any stupid answers. Hopefully other forum members will get a little chuckle at my expense today.;)

The "common ground" idea behind SDA's means the two (-) posts of the amplifier which go to the speakers must be tied together internally (as most are). It makes no difference what the amp is plugged into.

Do 2 mono amps (1 for each speaker) require strapping the negative speaker terminal together?engtaz
I love how music can brighten up a bad day. -
Yes, but some mono amps cannot be connected this way. You should ask the amp manufacturer to be sure.Proud and loyal citizen of the Digital Domain and Solid State Country!
