I juts got The PSW505 Sub and I'm looking to add surround speakers to a Yamaha HTR-6090 receiver. So I need to know a good set to match to the sub/receiver...any suggestions. I guess I'm looking for help as I would like to get well matched speakers for $1500 ideally with the fronts being Floor standing. But I don't really know anything.

Check out the Monitor or RTi lines. They'd be perfect.

+1 for Rti's. For $1500 you should be able to get Rti8's,Csi5 and Fxi5's or a great bookshelf and have an excellent 5.1 system. Tomorrow I'll be getting the Csi5 and Rti6's to go with my Rti8's. It's gonna be awesome, baby!!:D

What speakers do you currently have for the fronts and center? My advise....match the timbre unless you are just looking for noise transmission.

I also have the 505 sub with a Yamaha receiver. I'm using the RTi 10's up front, with the RTi 4's in the rear. Sounds great. Like posted earlier, make sure they're matched.
