Polk CS400 crossover schematic?

Hi all,

I looked in the schematics thread, and the schematics for CS400 is not there. The biggest center from RT series in that thread is CS350.

Could someone post that schematic?

The reason why I am asking is that woofers in my CS400 definitely sound differently. Left speaker covers much wider frequency range, and it sounds like right speaker is only carrying limited mid-range frequencies.

I noticed that there is an inductor in series with one of the woofers in CS350, but not sure if CS400 uses the same crossover.

Hey. Don't have a crossover diagram handy but the cs400i and I'm about 90% sure the cs400 as well use a cascade taper array so the two mid woofers do get a different frequency spread.

On my cs1000 one tops out at 800 and the other at 2000 I think. It uses the same type config.

another question.. i have the same CS400i center speaker.... at what point date wise would I need to upgrade the crossovers? 5, 10, 20 yrs out ?

I just upgraded a pair of Monitor 7A's with great results, soundwise anyway.
