Thought I would start a new post on this to clean things up. All the other gear I had up has sold except I decided to keep the Csi5 for myself. Really like that center.
The Rotel RMB-1075 is a 5 channel 120 watt per channel amp (8 ohms) that also is stable for 4 ohm loads. Rated at DIN Power Output (1 kHz, 1%): 5x200 watts per channel at 4 ohms. I bought this last April 25, 2007, when I planned to have two major HT systems. I have decided to go back to one with everything else in the house being 2 channel. After a sale fell through, I thought I would keep it...but it is overkill and I have now sold the pre/pro, so it will sit unused/boxed until sold. The unit has no cosmetic or functional issues. (In preparing to box this up, I noticed a very small scratch on the top of the unit toward the rear...about the size of two pinheads...looks like maybe a cable scraped it)
I paid $967 with a 10% repeat buyer discount from my Rotel dealer. If I lose too much on this deal, it will be grounds for divorce...hmmm. I have it up at A-gon for $795 shipped. Will sell for $775 shipped to forum. Shipping is to lower 48 only. I plan to use FedEx. They have done well for me lately.
PM with offers or questions. No dibs please. I would consider a trade for quality 2 channel or HT receiver plus cash. Check, MO or paypal (with 3% add for fees). (The front photo is stock. My unit is shown under previous thread).

Maybe.... a Rotel 1095...
Good choice. I own it and love it. I have no desire to upgrade to something better. The bug was messing with me awhile ago but I sat and listened and found no flaws. I'll hold on to my money for something else.
The 1075 is a very nice amp but doesn't sound as good or effortless and the 1095.

Al Gore got to me, I'm downsizing, not upsizing...well, for at least another month or so......

I have the 1095 squarely in my sights when I decide I need a multichannel amp.
