Go get that LSiC ASAP... You'll be able to sell it NIB on the bay, craigslist or audiogon for a lot more than that.

There is an American here in Rockford. Smaller Midwest company. Google search American TV and Appliance and you should get there.I believe they are based out of Madison, WI. I didn't think they carried Lsi's. I would imagine it's the same retailer.

OMG! Thanks! Im going to print it out and show it to my local retailer. They said if i can find the lsi9's cheaper than what they are offering ($800) They will beat the price. I am hoping they are up to their word because 500 is cheape as heck and it seems as though american is not a major store. They better keep their word!

We have one in town. When I put in my Zip it said see store for price.

I can also get the LSiFX's for $400.

It kinda funny how this is working though. I walked in, the sales guy ask if he can help me, I say yes and tell him what I'm looking for. Then he showed me the speakers "which I already had" I asked if the have any in the store and then he go's and checks. He comes back and tells me all they have are the floor models, I then ask whats the best price he can do on them, he automatically laughs as says he would knock $50 off. I then turn around a start to walk off. He then asks if there was a problem and then I tell him that I would only give Half of what the MSRP was because they are used and thats all they are worth. He then says he would have to talk to the store manager. The manager then agrees to that price but guess what they now have found a NIB pair of all of the speakers. So thats how I ended up with my 2nd pair of 9's (NIB).

Now with all the talk about this and that I'm tempted to go buy the FX's and Center then I would have a Complete Lsi set for upstairs cheap. I'd have around a Grand in all of them..

Is this legit? What is the in-store price (onlie it has X through 499 and says instore only)? Do they ship?

If the price is even cheaper instore than $500, I may order a pair, or maybe have a polkie buy them and ship them to me.

Let me know if anyone has seen the instore price for the 9's. Or, anyone know where you can get a similarly awesome deal on new LSi7s? I'd probably prefer the 7's for price / size reasons.

I dropped into the local store this morning and they didn't have any but he could get Lsifx's but it was full price minus 10% on sale. About $900 for the pair. They would've had to ship them in from Madison. He says he thinks he gets them once in awhile but the computer only shows the fx's as available. It may be that that store has some overstock to dump. If they would've had them here my credit card would've flown out of my wallet.

Well my store is not honoring the price. Is there a way someone can buy them and ship them to me? If anyone would like to do that let me know please.

Probably what I have in them plus the ride to you house. But let me see if the store has any more for ya. If all they have is the demo units would you want them? They would still have the complete factory "as if they was new" and if I can get them for cheaper then $500 would you want them. I know they will be in ebony.

I have never heard of a brick and mortar store matching a low price from a online store. Most stipulate that it must be the same model, in stock, and within a certain distance from the brick and mortar, usually 25 miles.

I think it would be better if you ship them as I am located in New Jersey. So if you buy them for me plus tax it should be about 540, not too sure of tax rates their but if you can let me know what the final price including shipping and tax I will let ya know. But I only want brand new.

This store is authorized polk dealer? I am sure polk would still have them under warranty if you have the cards and serial numbers still on right?

    Ok lemme know
