I-Sonic player issues

Has anyone had a problem with the isonic radioi where no matter what input is selected, the sound from the radio is played? Any help would be appreciated, the unit is only 3 months old.

    Hello,
    Thanks for posting on the Forum. I've not heard of that particular problem, but I'm sure we can help. As a first step, unplug the unit's AC power cord and leave it unplugged for at least 30 minutes. Then reconnect and see what happens. If it is still not working right telephone me at 1-800-377-7655 extension 891 and I'll take care of it.
