Nothing From My R30 Midrange

Good afternoon,
I need some help here. I have a pair of r30's (love em) but one isnt working. I switched the speakers (to eliminate a reciever prob) with no success. I do have very light sound comming from the tweeter. I took the speaker from the case and hooked it directly to the reciever ( at very very low volume) and nothing. The cone doesnt even move. Any one have any idea what to do now??
