No Volume from DVD?

Hi All,
I am not getting any volume at all from my iSonic when I play a DVD or CD. At volume 30, you can just hear it. Radio and Aux work just fine.
My Q is: Did someone inadvertently make a setting change in one of the menus or with the remote or do I have a more serious problem? We have tried everything we could find, but no go yet. Any ideas?
TIA,
Nick

What are the other components in the system?

Nope, the mute button is not on. The iSonic stands alone except for outputs to the small LCD TV which work fine together.
Only when we try to play a CD or DVD is there no volume.
I'm beginning to think I need to send it in to repair. Should I call tech support? -
Hello,
Thanks for posting on the Forum. In all likelihood your I-sonic has a problem with the CD/DVD playback capability and would need to be replaced. It would be best to contact us either via email at polkcs@polkaudio.com or via telephone at 1-800-377-7655 for details on how to make that happen.
Regards, Ken -
Thanks, Ken. I'll go that route and will let you know how it turns out...

Ken,
Called and got right through to Tech Support and they seemed familiar with the problem so they sent me a UPS label and tomorrow I will ship it off to Des Moines, IA for an exchange.
Great service--fast and easy! -

Great, I'm glad you were able to take care of the problem!
Take care, Ken -
Our I-Sonic functioned perfectly for a few months, playing CD/DVD audio and video with clear sound until just recently. Suddenly the CD/DVD audio no longer worked, even at 100% volume. We called Polk customer service and we will also receive a replacement unit.

It seems there are some bugs, but Polk is standing firm on their great customer service. Great job folks.Michael
