I was thinking I could try drilling a really small hole into each peg fragment and gluing a toothpick into the peg, then pulling them out once the glue hardened. Any other suggestions?

TIA
Tom

Are you talking about a vintage or current model Polk speaker?
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Hello,
The best method is to use a small, thin nail called a "brad". These are used to hold picture frames together and can be found at most hardware stores. Carefully drive a brad in the center of the broken grille post and use pliers to pull it out.

If you havent gotten it yet (its been a month) next time a piece of plastic is broken, heat up a small screw to the point it will melt the piece of plastic. Once hot, press it into the plastic you want to extract. Let it cool a a min and then it will have "glued" itself and you can pull it out

OK, so now I got them out. I used a combination of my idea and PolkThug's "tweezer". When I was using a really small drill bit, I found out the piece was actually two pieces, and as I drew out the bit one half pulled out with it, then I just could grab it with tweezers. Voila.

Now, how do I get/order a replacement for the grill? Do CP members get some kind of discount (I thought I saw that mentioned on here before?)?

    Thanks a lot.
