When I met you the other day I new you were going to be trouble for all us old married men, Thank God my wife doesn't read this sight. Ours is 11 June, and I figured I would get her chocolate. Al Kidding aside First Impression of you was just what I thought a great individual.

Are you referring to me? I don't believe we have ever met.

Congrats, cmy330go! that is one nice VW. Coincidently, I took my wife for car shopping on Wednesday, to replace her '03 Pilot. We test drove X3 and X5, and ended up with the X3. That small C/O is fast!

Anyways, I am sure your wife will have a lot of fun driving that baby.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Funny you should mention that. She originally wanted an X5 or X3 but decided she didn't care for driving an SUV. One day I brought one of these home for a test drive on a whim and she loved it. The rest is history.

BTW...I'm apparently a little slow...What do you mean by C/O?

Anyway...WTG on the Bimmer! In my opinion nothing beats the way a German car drives.

Cross-Over.. sorry for the abbreviation. Actually, the term that they tried to promote for X3 is SAV, A for Activities, I'll still call it a C/O or mini SUV wannabe. :)

    Gotch ya....They are really quick.

I think the best thing about the Bimmer X-series is that they honestly drive and handle much like a car. Every other SUV I've driven just feels too mushy in the turns.

Congrats on the 5 years, we're going on our 4th here. Probably get the same thing she got the last couple of years :D:D:D if you know what I mean. We don't spend money on each other for our anniversary. The occasional jewelry here and flowers there keeps her happy, even tho she always says some thing mushy followed by you know we can't afford to buy stuff like this. I think next year(if we don't end up pregnant this year) we will go camping for the a weekend, just the two of us. We haven't gone camping since before we were married.

I thought for the 5th you brought her home some flowers from the $5 bin at the Piggly Wiggly, and then took her out to Sizzler?

Man, I'm so behind the times.
