On the other hand, what's it like to get to a point and realize you need to downsize/downgrade? Man, I can't even imagine getting to that point right now.

This is sooo out of my league at the moment.

I was thinking the same thing, I can't imagine needing to downsize and/or downgrade....I am only staring up the ladder right now, as my wallet winces....:D

I think I have found the mark of a good system....

When you start buying CD's and stop looking at gear.

I havnt been gear shopping...in months. I've bought upwards of 10 CD's in the past 2 months. Which is what I use to buy in a year.
    - Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Aw, c'mon, Sid. Aren't you exaggerating a bit here? Didn't you recently place an order for some Odyssey Monos? And aren't you dreaming about moving up the Tyler chain? Shopping isn't the same as buying, and I'm sure you've been shopping.

Aaahhh, what a bunch of baloney.

This statement certainly sounds good, but constantly drooling over gear and changing out components is what we do (with Cathy being the exception:p ). If I had more money, I'd have more gear. The music is a necessary evil.

    BS.

That is the mark of having something new in the system that you want to listen to.
