    I guess that would be a start, but if nothing happens there, do a google and find out who is in charge of operations,V.P.'s, etc. and get a letter out. This usaully gets the squeeky wheel rolling. Just let them know of your experience and future expenditures. You shouldn't have to go with out a big ticket item for a this long of a period and be treated this way. Hope you get something out of it.
