I drove to work with the system bumping and everything working great. Lunchtime comes around and when I turn on the car neither amp turns on. I go through the basic troubleshooting. Check all fuses on the amps, distribution block, and in-line fuse on the main 4 gauge power. All check out. I figured probably a bad remote turn on, radio needed servicing anyway so I send it out.
Get it back today everything checks out fine. Put the radio back in the car same thing happens, amps do not power on. I run a wire from the remote in on both amps to the 12v in on the amp. Both amps react the same way. When the remote is put to the 12v the thermal light on the amps blinks quickly and weakly and that's it. Amps don't power on just a blink of the thermal light every time the remote is touched to the 12v. I double checked all the grounds and power connections everything appears to be fine.
Any ideas on what is happening? This sucks. Thanks for any help in advance. System specs are in my sig.

Problem Solved:)
Turned out to be the in line fuse holder off the battery was bad itself. I have never seen that before. Put a new fuse holder in and the system is back up and running.2006 BSP X-Runner - Polk Momo 2104svc 10" subs, Polk Momo mmc690 6X9, Polk Momo mmc650 6.5, Polk Momo c500.1 mono amp, Polk Momo c400.1 4 channel amp, AVIC-N1, XM, Xtreme Kreations sub panels, RaamMat w/Ensolite -
