    I had to go to PT in the morning and that didn't go great. Rest of the day was nothing special. Ran a few errands. Listened to a little music. Watched a little TV. Got calls from family and friends (one I hadn't talked to in at least a year).

    My wife likes to make sure I eat "well" on my b-day so it was IHOP for breakfast, Popeye's for lunch, & Longhorn steakhouse for dinner.

    My brother's b-day is very close to mine so we did a family thing last weekend.

    For the most part it was just like any other day. Except, of course, for the well wishes from the fine folks at Club Polk! :D
