As of this morning, the freeway on which the overpass collapsed on has reopened....several days ahead of schedule.
Bids have been submitted for the rebuilding of the collapsed overpass....lowest bid coming in at under $1 million -
Road construction projects going to the lowest bidder always scare me.....If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

There are stretches of highway here that have been under construction for years and years. -

Coming from New England, where the Big Dig is just barely wrapping up (it started in what, the 80's?), and there are certain off-ramps that have been under construction for as long as I've been driving (more than a decade).
It's amazing what can happen when you have a real construction company working on something, rather than some politicians buddies and cronies.If you will it, dude, it is no dream. -
