PolkXRt12 no power

Hi. We had a short power outage and my Polk XM will not power up from standby. The blue standby light is on so it is getting power but it will not power up. I press power and nothing happens... HELP!!

    I'm not official Polk Support, just a helpful Polk forum member. Did you try to remove ac power cord for 30 seconds then replug the ac and then retry Polk XM receiver? Sounds like it locked up.

    Thanks for posting on the Forum. It would be best to send the tuner to Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note giving us your name, address, daytime telephone number and a copy of your sales receipt. We'll check out the tuner and determine the best course of action.
