Now that its been decided to keep my RTi12s for my new dedicated theater, I can go large on a nice amp, I was thinking of a few, what do you guys think

Adcom 7807
Earthquake Cinova 7
Sunfire
Outlaw Audio 7200

Any takes on these, I will be driving the Rti12s, CSi5, FXi5, Rti4s in an approx 20*30 dedicated room and using a Denon 4806Ci as a pre/pro

I would rec. the Adcom.........but really any of them would do a great job. Perhaps the Outlaw is little outclassed by the rest, that would be the last choice, IMO.

If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.

I found the Earthquake to be an HT powerhouse. It revealed details in soundtracks that the Outlaw did not and put out tremendous volume with little effort.

Earthquakes don't get hot, at least mine doesn't. I have played it for close to 3hrs straight at high levels while looking for demo scenes. Touched it directly after I stopped and it was warm all over.

Currently I have 2 channels doing my front L/R full range and 2 channels doing only 60hz and below into a 4ohm load. After a 2 hour movie it is still warm all over, never actually gets hot.

As for the original question, I would think the Cinenova would be over kill. No experience with the other three.

Well I'm not saying ya know this is what you should do or this is the best stuff out there. He said his new budget was 20,000 - 30,000 and he was debating between new speakers. The only other upgrade in the Polk division is the LSi. I was just making a grocery list of stuff I've seen that I thought would be awesome for ya know the different category electronic it is (i.e. pre/pro, amp, dvd player, etc.) I'm no specialist on ANYTHING BY FAR. I mean my system is the best I've heard (which tells ya everything right there) This is just a list of stuff I've seen that if money's no object would be worth checking out. Me and my wife are in the process of moving right now and to further along the process I'm gonna take my HT to my shop where I work and put it up on display along with the 90" screen and Mitsubishi DLP Projector and HK receiver and try to sell it. Then I'll start all over with HOPEFULLY some of these items once we get our own place, and I have space to work with. I'm sure you all seen my pics of how cluttered everything is in my HT right now. Well this is the kinda room I have to work with.

I already own somewhat similar equipment you mentioned here. Not a bad list but sure is a waste of money as Mike said, I think I'll just buy an amp, maybe earthquake if I can get it shipped out to Japan or the adcom. I plan on going with the Sony Pearl,120" Stewart Firehawk Screen, add another PB12 Plus 2, upgrade my fxi3s to Fxi5s and also buy a new Denon 4806, and go with those Monsters you have listed. Nice list you came up with but I really dont need to waste the money. Oh and nice theater seating, cabling, few posters, nice lighting, just other small things. If it comes out the way I think it will, it should be well worth the money spent.
