You could order one from Polk or make one from materials found at Home Depot.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Welcome to Club Polk
Do you have the pin blade connections, or blade blade?
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

You have SDA CRS+'s, not SDA CRS's. Polk no longer sells the pin/blade cable, but you can make one.

Since you aren't sure what the cable does, I'd suggest you ask Polk to mail you a copy of the owners manual before using the speakers.

You could buy a ready made cable and install new jacks in speakers as below. Cable may be better than stock as is a larger wire gauge.

Get a Neutrik Speakon speaker cable 10, 12 or 14 Gauge with connectors installed. Polk factory cable is 16 Gauge. (20 foot pair 14 AWG Copper on eBay $20 buy now price) These usually come with 4 pole (4 pin) connectors. I would connect one conductor to 2 pins, providing twice the surface contact area. (But do not use this cable as a "normal' cable with an amp or other speakers using this type cable connector.) Parts Express has a "kit" you can use to change the connectors to angled connectors without disconnecting the wire. (Less than $2)

You will have to install and wire matching jacks in the cabinet which require a 1" hole drilled in cabinet. (Verify hole size before drilling!) Connect each wire to 2 pins corresponding to speaker cable pins. Two type Jacks available, round or square plate. ($6-$7 pair on eBay) New model jacks have screw terminals. You could cut wires from original Interconnect Jack and crimp ring terminals to the wires coming from crossover to fasten to new jack. These jacks are airtight, meaning you do not have to cover the rear with hot glue to seal air leaks. You will need to use a gasket or foam tape behind the plate to seal it when screw mounted to the outside of cabinet.

You can get materials at any Pro Music Store, eBay, or Parts Express.
