Monitor 5JR trouble

I'm clueless about speakers. I've had a pair of 5jr's for years and recently one speaker's volume works fine, but the other speaker's volume output is very low. Could this be a receiver problem or maybe just the speaker? Any help would be appreciated.

Swap speaker wires to see if it follows the channel that is low. That will tell you if it is the speaker or receiver.

sounds like a receiver problem.. but if your 5jr's have a fuse on the rear, check that too to be sure it's not blown.
