I Sonic DVD/CD player is not ejecting

I just received iSonic as gift, but the DVD/CD is not working properly, after watching one movie it's stop. now my DVD movie was stock inside the tray :( . The message says' –uploading disc– it's not playing nor ejecting. Does anyone had this issue before?
