    It sucks to be so close to acquiring something so good. Sometimes the buyer can't make it and the second in line gets it. I know, I've been the lucky second in line a few times. :D

    Possibly. It depends on if those horizontal bars are riveted in or screwed in to the large flat pieces of metal.
