erniejade

that top woofer looks nothing like the original I had.

erniejade

The surround looks like an accordion type. Mine had the round type.

erniejade

The top woofer and tweeter are defiantly different.

tonyb

Those edges were from the 20/20's, but those bottom woofers in the pic look funky to me.

erniejade

The surrounds like thicker.

tonyb

Regardless, 4k is way over priced.

Dabutcher

Thanks for the info. Maybe Sunday I can leave a bid of $1500. Peace. D

Any good? Can't tell whether this is the first version or the latter ES. Still reliable at their age? Thanks. No Affil. http://omaha.craigslist.org/ele/5411450151.html

It has been reduced to $80.00, was $100.00. Does anyone have one of these? Thanks.

xjghost

I have a miDock and love it. I take it when I travel for easy hotel room tunes. That one I don't know anything about.

No affil. RTA-15TL $400.00. https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/ele/5418219730.html
Ad states at bottom these were owned by jazz great Stan Kenton. That's kind of cool!

Nightfall

PolkSDA.com says they were produced from '90 to '92

Nightfall

The only speakers that were made in '79, according the the same site, are Monitor 5, 7, 9, 10, and the original RTA-12s.

Nightfall

I just sent them an email

If the RTA-15TL's were made from '90 to '92 and Stan Kenton died in '79 how did he own them?

Will be interesting to see if they reply or if they just remove the info from the post.

Never thought of that possibility. I wasn't thinking he might have died years before. Let us know how the seller replies. Too funny.
