difference in tweeters?
As some of you may already know, I bought a pair of 5jr's for $15 the other day. Nothing wrong w/ them except that both tweeters are blown. In the process of pulling the speakers apart, I noticed that the one tweeter is completely soft (they are sl1000's), but the other one has the same soft dome but with a hard dome underneath it. Are these two different speakers? The one w/ the hard dome underneath seems to be louder, but I think they may just have different severities of damage to the speaker. Thanks,

Nothin wrong w/ looking @ Village Thrift from time to time :-D
The cabinets are woodgrain. I am planning on replacing them ASAP, but I just spent $100 on replacement woofers for a pair of MA3DX's that I got for free. *sigh*. Money go in pocket, money fly right back out.
