Hey there,

I work for a av systems integrator company and we have used the XRt12's quite often. Recently we installed a unit, and following several days of normal operation, the video display went all green. So fair enough, Polk replaced the unit, and again the new units display has turned green as well. We've tested it with many different scenarios both at the customers house and the shop, and eventually after some time the screen becomes green again. Has anyone found the cause or a solution to this problem?

Thanks.

Hi Symphonic... when you say you tested it at the house and at the shop, I assume you've tested different TVs. If not, that would be the first test I would complete. Could you take a picture of the TV screen to show the problem? Thanks!

Could it be a problem not being power cycled, since it happens on a couple units in a couple different areas?

    Just wondering?

The area which is normally displayed black, is bright green and the station text is hardly legible and the polk logo is pink.
