RTA 15TL problem

I just purchased a pair of 15TL's. One speaker sounds great and the other sounds very hollow and lacks output at the frequency extremes. All the drivers are moving and producing sound, but the sound is not smooth or integrated well. I suspect an electronic problem - like a bad or deterioated crossover. What do you suggest and where can I get it repaired?

Try swapping the known good tweeter with the other one. Report back.

Both tweeters are working, as well as all the mid-woofers. But one speakers has a very hollow sound and lacks detail, openess, and extreme freqnecy extension. It sounds like an entirely different speaker.

Swap them anyway because what you are describing sounds exactly like a bad tweeter.
