I dont care even one bit if Iran is mad booohooo ! They can go $%%^& off
Last I heard we didnt need there permission to make a movie muhhahahaha. NO one like to be portrayed as bad even if it is true Some simply cant take it. The past is the Past you cant change it, Only the future can be altered if it upset them then maybe they can strive to be better people... theres an idea !!

Gladiator was MUCH better...this was a good action flick, gladiator edges out over it with more historical accurracy and character development. Some of the liberties the director took with reality were silly like the wolf from hell or the guy with the chopping blades for hands or the 9 foot xerxes.

I was pretty dissapointed with it... The special effects were cool, but honestly the lack of a plot made the two hours of killing pretty monotonous. I loved it from a technical point and how they filmed the movie, but it just didn't make up for it. Worth seeing but I'd give it a 6/10.

I saw this again last night :p with a friend and she thought it was VERY violent. I told her that it was funny that I didn't remember that it was as violent as it was and she said that it was becasue I was too busy checking out the guys in their Speedos that I didn't notice.:D :D

She may be right but I LOVE this movie. SPARTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saw this at an Imax screen probably 200x100'. My wife's a huge Gerard Butler fan. She loved his "dudity" scene...his **** must have been 10' wide :D . The movie was technically brilliant, had that graphic novel look and feel and I liked it. Historically accurate, sure, in an over-the-top comic book verse. The bare facts were fairly straight.

It will be a buy in our house.
