M200t problem....

So, after looking at the photos that Opus provided, I am kind of dumb-founded. I figured the previous owner of this amp crossed a wire somewhere causing the amp to do this. When I turn the amp on when it is cold, it pops the protect circuit for about 5-10 seconds, then sends a pop through the speakers and operates as advertised. It is dead silent in operation, it even sounds better than the M400t I had redone my Rita at Carver Service. The only thing I can tell has been changed is the red amplifier on light has been changed to a blue one that matches the Sunfire color. Does anyone know what this could be?

Bill, when you say it pops the protect circuit for 5-10 seconds do you mean you hear a relay chattering?

No chatter, the protect light comes on for 5-10 seconds, then the pop through the speakers, like it has an internal power surge at first, then goes to normal operation.
