i have a set of monster rca cables red and blue with the directional arrows on it. I am trying to hook up the cd player to my stereo receiver and I do not know where I should plug the ends of the monster cables with the arrows into?

I have a Monster sub cable and took the arrows to mean...this is the direction that the signal shoudl go....So the arrow points from the receiver to the sub. I'm not sure why it woudl make a difference.

    Arrows point into the receiver.

...Not really sure why it matters though, but that is the direction the arrows are "supposed" to go.

The Chinese cables when hooked up back wards tell you to eat your cat.

The arrow signifies the direction of signal IE it starts from source then goes to receiver/pre amp. Pre amp to Amp/Sub
