No, it's my little brother....his speakers work FINE. I'm just having a little difficulty figuring out his receiver, of course without a manual and a couple cables short....it took me a minute.
My little bro took the plunge yesterday and bought a pair of RT800i's (for 399 new which I thought was pretty good) so we are trying to get him out of the dark ages.

I got it....downloaded the manual off the Pioneer website and took me about 30 seconds to fix. Little bro is hooked up now.
