LSI15 hook up

Options
I purchased LSI15s powered by my mint Pioneer SX 1250. I aiso have a great Pioneer SX 1050. Should I biamp these Speakers or biwire only with the SX 1250?

Wire them direct first since they require lots of power to make them sound great.

I would bi-wire. It is the "cheaper" way to go, but I have been doing it for along time and it sounds great.

I am guessing you would use either the "B" or "C" terminals to do this. I know I read somewhere that the SX-1280 (I'm guessing the 1250 would be the same) could drive all three sets of speakers at at 180 wpc at the same time. If this is true then a biwire would definitely be beneficial.

did you try replacing the stock jumpers with good speaker wire? you might try that first and compare vs. bi-wire, might spend those dollars saved on something else. I have found that small tweaks such as this do not make a BIG difference as opposed to bi-amping,IMHO,good luck, have fun.:)
