Center channel height off floor

I will be putting a center channel below my tv. I am thinking of a stand by Dayton listed at
www.parts-express.com. The highest stand is 22'' With my lsic it comes to a total of 27". Would this be a correct height or should it be higher to match my fronts which are
32" at tweeter height. By the way the fronts are a perfect height when sitting. One final question is it best not to hang the center and have it away from the wall on a stand.

I have checked a number of center stands and 22"s seems to be the highest stand. I guess i have answered my question. It will be lower than my fronts, there is no option.

your center can go above or below your TV... if it's to high up or to low... use something to tilt it up towards you.. i have mine about 6 inches below my tv.. and tilted up slightly..

once properly set up and the levels set.. it should sound pretty good for you.

Yes it may be a little low,but i will prop up as you did. Also all levels will have to be adjusted and tested. My room is three feet wider now. Love that plasma.
