I'm gearing up for my road trip tomorrrow....Evansville, IN. Got the fried chicken going and have the cornbread is in the oven. Can't wait to get back and hook those bad boys up :D Asking for donations of any extra coins you have laying around :lol:

    Road trip is over! It was a long ride (14hrs) but well worth the effort.....2.3's are hooked up. Well....half way hooked up. Didn't have the right (Y) interconnects to do the vertical bi-amping (Y part is only 6" long each side and wouldn't reach from amp to amp) so I had to run to rat shack and get some "el cheapo's". Used (2) 250wpc amps (Yamaha M-80's) and these things do have nice BIG sound. I am not complaining but.....I do thing the 1C's have a better overall sound. This may change when I get new interconnects? When I got there the guy said he couldn't find the AI-1 :supermad: ....so he knocked $50.00 off the price:supermad: These things are big and heavy....I have been all morning getting them unpacked and in the house and hooked up.....

    There will be massive consumption of alcohol tonight....... :D
