Ooh, ooh, I'm in, I'm in! I sooo need a turntable in my rig! I don't have a turntable (never have had), but I have bought about 15 or so records in the past few months. Lemme get the pics together...I've actually already taken them...George Grand wrote: »

Bruce Springsteen - Darkness on the Edge of Town

This is the unopened copy. The store had an open and an unopened copy, so I bought 'em both. Actually like it quite a bit.
U2 - Live - Under a Blood Red Sky
Three Dog Night -Joy to the World - Their Greatest Hits
Three Dog Night - Golden Biscuits
And I think I'll stop there. I'm getting tired of copying and pasting the links. You wanna see my 'collection' as it currently stands, you can see it here. Then, of course, Dad has quite a few records (~40).
My Parasound P/HP-850 has a phono input.
About the review...I'd attempt a comparison...but with school the way it is, I'm not 100% sure I'd be able to do it within a week.
Thanks! This is an AWESOME karma!!George Grand wrote: »

I think I'm going to add up all the contestants in this one and figure out my odds....

Maybe to you since you probably have experience with both. This karma was meant for someone who has not experience analog recordings.
In this day and age of ipod and mp3s, there are alot of people out there who have not heard a record.SRT For Life; SDA Forever!

Okay Michael we need a full report of your listening experience as well as the tweaks you plan to use to improve your turntables sound quality afterwhich we will need a report on the tweaks and how much you spend on each one. . .that was also one of Ed's prerequisites but he wanted to wait until you won.

Woooooohooooooo! I'm extremely excited! In fact, I'm elated! I'm ecstatic! I'm emphatically, exceedingly, extraordinarily, electrifyingly, exuberant!
What a great karma! And then........I won! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
Thank you so much ESAVINON! PM is on its way!
Thanks for the congrats, folks! I'll be sure and relate my findings on the difference between analog and digital as soon as I can formulate an opinion. I'll have to see if we have the same song in both mediums so as to make the comparison easier. However, as for tweaks, improvements, and upgrades, I can't foresee any besides maybe some new sleeves for my records after I get them clean.
Thanks again! This is awesome!!!!
