LsiFX woofer (blown) not working

I was rearranging my system and I reconnected all my system and found that Left and Right Surround are switched. So I switched the speakers wires on the amp.
Then I heard a popping sound and a burned out smell. I immediately powered off the system.
On turning the system on the woofer on one of the LSiFX is not working. The sound only comes from the tweeter.
I swapped the Left and Right channel to make sure its not the problem with the amp.
Still the woofer does not work.
I think they are is something blown out in the cross over. I can still smell something.
Can somebody please help.

That's too bad. I always try to remember to turn of my equipment whenever I am switching cables, but this is a good reminder of what can happen.
